Penguard Express MIO
Penguard Express MIO offers all the benefits of Penguard Express. In addition it is reinforced with micaceous iron oxide pigments for increased barrier effect. This barrier effect is provided by overlapping layers of MIO pigments which prevent moisture prenetrating through the paint film.
Penguard Express MIO offers increased hardness and improved adhesion of subsequent coats.
Suitable for use above the waterline.
Available in 5 litre & 20 litre packs.
