Delivery Questions

Q. When will I receive my delivery?

A. We will normally dispatch your order within one working day. We use an overnight carrier with a next day delivery service to most of the UK. You will receive a tracking email from the carrier which will give you delivery details.

Q. Will a signature be required?

A. Yes. A signature will be required unless delivery instructions are left at the checkout.

Q. How much is delivery?

A. We charge a flat rate for carriage. For most of the mainland UK this is £9.95 + VAT. For more information on carriage costs to other areas click here.
